Normal: Some babies and older children sweat more than others so this is not unusual. Nothing needs to be done. If you are concerned talk with your pediatrician.

Referrals and recommendations can be made by the and the psychiatrist can give medicine only of necessary. Talk to someone and explain and they may be able to find out what bothers you.

Didn't ovulate: I am not as concerned with your irregular bleeding, which can happen if you do not ovulate and have what we call "anovulatory bleeding" but with the degree this hormone change has effected you emotionally. This is beyond normal pms symptoms and needs medical evaluation. Look up pmdd and make apt with gyn, pcp if they treat psychiatric conditions otherwise psychiatry. There is good rx 4 this.

If that is happening, the doctor can examine the baby and look for infectious causes such as viral or bacteria causes. Also, a few babies have trouble digesting what they eat, thus leading to bad-smelling poop and gas. Two months is still very young, so a parent should not wait.

Everybody does: Everyone sweats on their feet. Sweat glands are in many parts of the body. Some people may sweat more than others, but everyone sweats! 
babies typically have chubby feet and may be overdressed for the temperature. Keep him cool and lightly dressed when appropriate. Dress him in the same amount of clothing in which you feel comfortable. Don't use shoes when the baby isn't walking yet.

Yes: It does help to open them at birth, and might strengthen the breathing muscles, but it does nothing for the lungs themselves (good or bad).
