Not normal: Three month olds can cry periodically but crying a lot may be a sign of some medical problem. Also sweating is not normal in a 3 month old and may be a sign of infection. Please take the baby to your pediatrician or today. If that is not possible take the baby to an urgent car or to the Emergency Department,
