Yes, sadly: Endometriosis can cause back pain, nausea and stomach pain. However, you wouldn't want to miss something else that has to do with the gastrointestinal tract.  I would write down your symptoms and when they occur and if they are triggered by eating or anything gastrointestinal. Then see a gynecologist and discuss your diary. Best of luck.

? kidney infection: This may be just a stomach flu. But if your symptoms continue, you should be rechecked. If you have fevers or if you notice urinary symptoms such as painful urination or blood in your urine this is more likely. Kidney infections can be dangerous if untreated, leading to possible kidney damage. Stomach flu usually lasts about 24 hours whereas a kidney infection will continue.

Couple things: It could be a UTI or an STD, but since its the weekend I would suggest you first check a urine pregnancy test as it could be early pregnancy.  If your symptoms persist or get worse you should probably see your physician.

We all go though thi: I am sorry to hear you're going through a difficult period in life; this happens to all of us at some time or another.  My best recommendation is to work on stress reduction techniques.  Two of the best are yoga and meditation.  There is a site that allows you to download a meditation tape that works really well-just look up the word meditation.  I wish you the best.
