Lower back pain, swelling, hurts to breath & walk & getting sick on stomach from pain. l2 down is messed up. what is going on now?

Need : A thorough neurological exam, can only guess at etiology without further information.

Hurts to breath: Breathing, coughing, sneezing, vomiting, straining all increase intraspinal pressure and will cause increased pain. I sounds as though you have a disc problem and possibly spinal stenosis. See a spine specialist. These symptoms mean something.
