Yes, sadly: Endometriosis can cause back pain, nausea and stomach pain. However, you wouldn't want to miss something else that has to do with the gastrointestinal tract. I would write down your symptoms and when they occur and if they are triggered by eating or anything gastrointestinal. Then see a gynecologist and discuss your diary. Best of luck.
