i dont have ra but all my joints hurt. knee, shoulder, thumb and back. mri of back showed degenerative changes but what about other joints. they all flair up at the same time it seems. bloodwork and ana's ok?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.

Mal alignment/chondo: Mal alignment is common in women . This means the knee cap doesn't track properly and u get excessive wear of the under surface of the knee cap due this & the cartilage under them begins 2 soften & then becomes rough and the irregular surface is the cause of the noise & pain . Noticed when the knees r loaded as in squatting, stairs, down
especially c an orthopedic surgeon.

im 23 i have hyperthyroidism and lymes disease at 16. i have been infected again. what damage can i expect this time? my joints hurt on a typical day.

Impossible to tell: The diagnosis of lyme disease is not one which should be made lightly and generally the clinical presentation may be more relevant than the laboratory data.  A good primary care physician should be able to work this out effectively, and if confused, obtain consultative advice from an infectious diseases expert.

is myalgia common in lupus? this is my first time with it - for about a week- joints hurt too, what can i do? taking plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) after i stopped it :(

Speak with rheum doc: Speak with your rheumatologist . You need to determine if there is true muscle inflammation or just muscle aches. There are meds that will help.

i have not been pooping for the past two weeks, two weeks ago i had blood in my stool. i am always feeling tired, my joints hurt specially night time. i have been addicted to taking adco-dol painkillers for relieving pain.

See a doctor soon: Opiate medications can cause severe constipation.  You may develop a blockage if it is not treated.

Please see doc fast!: Whatever is wrong needs to be fixed.  You could have something simple like a thyroid problem that is easily fixed or something much more serious, like a heart,  or lung  problem.  We cannot figure it out for you with  such little info.  You need  an exam and testing.   If your heart is fluttering, or only one leg is swollen or you have trouble breathing please go to the ER now or call 911.

May not be arthritis: Hard  to say since  it is one  sided. Do you sleep on your left  side? Need  to be  clear  it is really the joints. Need  to note  if they are  swollen. Different things  could cause  left  sided  pain. It could  be  mechanical, muscular, soft  tissue  rheumatism. Need  to know  how long this  morning pain last?
