Getting black?: What is meant by getting black? If toes are truly getting black then this is a medical emergency i.E gangrene and you need to see a vascular doctor asap.

Get X-ray if...: Sounds like a contusion to your thigh. ( bruise). If you are able to walk and weight bear on that side a fractured femur( thigh bone)extremely unlikely. Contusions to kneecap( prepatellar bursitis ) is very common w/ your mechanism of injury and can refer pain proximally . So are thigh contusions. Rice is appropriate .If pain continues, swelling increases, or pain localizes to knee ... See md...Gl.

ANS: you most likely stained your Sartorius muscle the longest one in the body.  Google it and see if it fits. Called the tailor's muscle. Sit, turn your leg that hurts so you can see the bottom of your foot. If it hurts more that is likely it.

Nerve pain : This sounds like nerve pain. However because there is tenderness to touch there could be some inflammation or infection going on as well. I would recommend you visit your doctor for a proper examination and possibly X Rays or ultrasound of the Lowry back , hips and thigh

Thigh pain: It can be. Also problems with your hip joint can give you thigh pain and back ache. Also problems present in the pelvis can give you back ache and thigh pain. Best to have a good history and examination done to arrive at diagnosis in order to advise treatment.

Possible: I would not be surprised if you continued to have  these symptoms just 2 weeks after this procedure. However, you really should check with the orthopedist who did the procedure to determine what the typical recovery period should be and what you should expect.
