Possible: Tonsil cancers can present as a non painful swelling in the neck.  You might be able to see something on your tonsil as well.  It could just be an infection or calicification.  This type of cancer is rising in your age group due to it's association with hpv.  Get checked out by an ear nose and throat specialist for an appropriate evaluation.

Most commonly: a white spot on the tonsil is just a patch of mucous from a previous tonsil infection or in some cases the beginning of a new infection...with no symptoms forget about it and it is certainly NOTHING TO BE FRIGHTENED ABOUT! 
It is NOT CANCER!

have a spot slightly above my tonsil its white flat and if i press on it with a q-tip it fades away then a few minutes later comes back !  it is not a tonsil stone is that cancer ?  i am freaking out

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. From what you described is does not appear to be cancer, but a precancerous lesion cannot be ruled out.  It would be prudent to see your doctor, at your convenience.

i have these skin colored spots on the back of my throat not on tonsils nor on the uvila but the very back like on what i believe is called the pharynx or whatever and i also i have a blood red spot on it to plz tell me this isnt cancer!?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. At your age cancer is highly unlikely. What you saw could be normal collections of lymphoid tissue. If you have any symptoms it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Tonsil cancer 25 y/o: Your age doesn't support this concern but without knowing your dietary habits and whatever else you may ingest, i can't say its not impossible.  If your bleeding continues, you must see your local doctor.

Sounds like two: possibilities (either or BOTH)...Bacterial tonsil infection (most common =streptococcal but STAPHYLOCOCCAL infection also common an your description is a "match" for that organism  AND/OR Infectious mono!!!!! (A simple blood test=diagnosis

? & ? & NO: Don't know how you can see white spots on your lungs? Weird veins growing in your mouth? Veins don't "grow." they are there or they aren't and they aren't "weird." tonsil stones are very common and not associated with cancer.
