Hydrocephalus: Discoloration of the eye pupil does not typically occur with hydrocephalus - but if concerned a consultation with a neuro-ophthalmologist might be helpful.

im concerned about a hardly visible white line in the pupil of my eye it also can be seen as a white spot in my pupil but hardly visible (eyes hurt)?

Infection?: Although a "white spot" on your pupil associated with pain could be many things, one of the worst case scenarios is a corneal ulcer, which can be potentially sight-threatening.  You should see an eye md as soon as possible.

Cataract: You  need to have a slit lamp examination to determine if the opacity is in your cornea or your lens.

Red eye.: People who wear contacts can get serious eye infections or other problems related to their use. Call your eye doc and see if you need to be seen today or for advice on how to manage this for now.  If you have pain, fever, blurry vision and a red or painful eye, you need to be seen today!

pinguecula: You have discovered your pinguecula, a normal deposit of elastic and fatty tissue which all eyes make to protect against wind and dust.  Since they have limited blood supply, if the eye gets red then these become highlighted by contrast and stand out as a whitish-yellowish dot. It is benign, normal and nothing to worry about.

Pinguecula: Sounds like a pinguecula, which is a deposit/build up on the white part of the eye (sclera) due to uv light and dryness of the eyes.  You can use artificial tears, and use a hat and/or sunglasses when outdoors.  Not serious unless it grows over the cornea (pterygium) or is constantly getting irritated and red.

i have a fluffy looking yellow spot in my eye by the  pupil in my whole eye also feels itchy and hurts a bit, it's not stringy runny. it's like a spot?

Pinguecula: You have discovered your pinguecula.  Most people in the middle years have these to some degree - they are the eyes protective deposit against wind and sun and occur next to the color part of the eye on either side.  They are asymptomatic unless seriously large.  You almost certainly have these in both eyes.

Pingueculum: You are likely referring a rubbery white bump on the white of the eye next to the colored part.  They can get inflamed and get red.
