Let me try to help: Pustules contain pus which is a substance consisting of sebum, bacteria and dead skin cells. Although unattractive, it will usually clear up after 2 to 3 days of proper treatment.
 Popping or squeezing a pustule is not advisable. It can worsen the condition and increase the length of time to recovery.

Hot tub?: Pseudomonas skin infections are uncommon. The most frequent cause is contaminated spas or hot tubs. Have you recently used a whirlpool, hot tub, etc? Usually this requires no treatment at all; it will clear up on its own.

i have been dealing with a skin condition that has been wreaking havoc in my life. it started with 3 bites under my left armpit that became horribly itchy. it has morphed from tiny itchy stinging bumps to larger pustules. on week 24. nothing helps?

: The most important thing is to stop scratching, you could try warm compress on it and also apply topical steroid like OTC hydrocortizone to relieve some of the itching. I hope what you call pustules are not boils, then just use warm compress and just steroid on the surrounding that may be itchy. Scratching makes the itching worse.

Probably fungal: rash, moniiasis which will respond to OTC anti fungal creams like Lotrimin AF, Monistat, Clotrimazole etc. If itching is intense add a small bean sized drop of 1% hydrocortisone cream to  a nickel sized drop of anti fungal cram and apply as a thin film,twice daily.

Dermatologist: A dermatologist is best qualified to diagnose and treat this problem. I would be concerned about scabies which can cause these symptoms.

Exercise: Bicep press, preacher curl if you go to a gym and tricep exercises. You can do tricep exercises using a chair, goggle tricep exercises to see examples. Nerve irritation: The position of your arm while sleeping probably either irritated a nerve, or cut off blood supply to the muscles which allow you to move your arm.  This is common, as long as the sensation and movement normalizes within several minutes of waking up.  If it does not return to normal, you need to see your doctor.
