Eye stye: This sounds like a stye (fancy doctor word is hordelum), which occurs when ducts along the lash line become obstructed. Best management by far is warm to hot compresses to the eye 10-15 minutes out of each hour while awake. Use as hot of a pack as you can tolerate without it being painful, because the warmer the better in opening the plugged duct. Make sure of very good handwashing as well.

Lower eyelid pimples: I would try daily facial cleansing, warm compresses with ocusoft lid scrubs, and omega-3 fatty avid supplementation.  If persistent symptoms, you mat need other prescription therapies.

Stye: This sounds like a stye.  If it's draining pus, that's good.  Gently wipe away the pus.  Put warm compresses on it frequently.  See an eye md if it doesn't get better in a few days.

Depends: It could be due to dryness and clogging of the follicles. It is really hard to say. Are the red or white?  Are they painful?

Stye: Probably a stye. Apply moist heat with a cloth and that should bring it to a head and discharge and then heal. Good Luck

Visit you doctor: Hi.
Those symptoms you mention (pain, inflammation) are concerning for an infection of the eyelid. Try to keep your hands clean and wash the area with an antibacterial soap.
If you don't see any improvement or the symptoms gets worse, visit your doctor as soon as possible for antibiotic treatment.

my lower eyelid swollen(bump) with a small acne on the eyelid margin(no redness or other symptoms). it is from 2 or 3 months. i used api tobrason eyeliner from 5 days but today i feel it is worsen (slight pain). is it dangerous & what could it be?

: A pimple (small acne per your opinion) should not persist for 2-3 months. You probably have a small cyst and it is now irritated either by the eyeliner or it is just a coincidence. You should not use that eyeliner for now, apply warm compress several times a day for a couple days. The lesion may need to be drained if the inflammation gets worse. Sooner or later, the cyst needs to be taken care.

i'm a contact lens user and my eye is red (2 weeks) and have a small pimple on my lower eyelid. antibiotics (gentamicin) isn't helping. any thoughts?

Contact lens: You might have an allergic conjunctivitis due to the contact lens and might need other drops.  The pimple on the eyelid might be more of a stye, which the antibiotic drops potentially can help.  If no improvement go see an opthamologist.

i develop swollen under my lower eyelids! when i blink it hurts and it's very red inside! i don't think it's a sty cuz there is no pimple there!

Internal sty: There are stys that are external (the pimple is easily seen) and those that are internal  (the pimple is not visible, as in your case). I suspect this is the case for your condition. Warm compress the area, gentle massage and see ophthalmologist if symptoms are not improving in a day or two.
