Maybe scleromalacia: Have it checked out if the white part of the eye is very dark bluish in color (usually in someone who has autoimmune disease such as juvenile arthritis)
otherwise may be a nerve ending or something not significant.

Most likely dry eyes: Blue line indicates thinning of sclera and associated dry eyes may be related to rheumatoid artheritis.Go see an ophthalmologist

Thin sclera: The whites of your eyes may be thinner than average, allowing the pigments and blood vessels on the inside to show through some.  People with osteogenesis imperfecta (a genetic disease causing brittle bones) have strikingly blue tinged sclera.

Nevus: More often than not, that is what is called the Nevus of Otta.  But there are other items that it could potentially be.  Just check in with an ophthalmologist just to be sure!

Blue: The line you describe is most likely  Arcus senilus which typically is seen in older people, but it can present younger. Even in young children. It is typically benign, but can be associated with cholesterol problems.  The wavy eyes are probably not related.

Thin sclera: Normal sclera is opaque and quite white. If it thins out for some reason, the underlying pigmented uvea adds a bluish hue to the sclera at that point. Things that thin the sclera are certain inherited conditions like ehlers-danlos or trauma, elevation of the eye pressure in the young and some chronic inflammatory eye diseases.

Not sure: If your eyes are normal now your eyes were probably just not quite fully mature yet. The white part, sclera, is thick and irregular connective tissue that can appear slightly bluish in newborns but gets more dense as the eye grows. Genetic defects of collagen formation such as ehlers-danlos syndrome or osteogenesis imperfecta will have been discovered in you as a infant if this was the cause.

Thin sclera: Where the sclera is thin, it appears blue from the deoxygenated blood the choroidal blood vessel layer next to the sclera.  This is normal in patients who are nearsighted.

Orbital trauma: it can take as long as two weeks depending on the amount of sub conjunctival hemorrhage. 
Regardless ....you should get a dilated eye exam to evaluate for any internal eye damage or possible orbital fracture

: This may be more than a simple blepharitis. You should be seen by a ophthalmologist ASAP. If you can't get one go to the hospital ER where prompt evaluation is available and, if advisable, an ophthalmologist can be called in.
