8 day black and blue eye. from being hit in my eye. saw er doc already. how long for the blood in the white part of my eye to go away ? its 8 days :(

Orbital trauma: it can take as long as two weeks depending on the amount of sub conjunctival hemorrhage. Regardless ....you should get a dilated eye exam to evaluate for any internal eye damage or possible orbital fracture

Hemorrhage: It may take up to 2weeks or so to clear. Be sure to see an ophthalmologist to be sure there are no other eye problems.
