Nevus: More often than not, that is what is called the Nevus of Otta. But there are other items that it could potentially be. Just check in with an ophthalmologist just to be sure!

Talk to your doctor: There are some genetic conditions, such as osteogenesis imperfectca, that can cause the conjunctiva to appear blueish. This disorder can also cause very fragile and easily breakable bones. I think it definitely warrants a thorough exam and discussion with your pediatrician.
