Ive noticed what looks like a light blue ring around my pupils in the white part of my eyes. i also see what looks like a wave pattern in my vision (mostly out of the corners of my eyes). what is this? what do these things mean?

Blue: The line you describe is most likely Arcus senilus which typically is seen in older people, but it can present younger. Even in young children. It is typically benign, but can be associated with cholesterol problems. The wavy eyes are probably not related.
