Maybe: Because inflammation due to the trauma of surgery can cause fluid collection and "induration"  which is a hard feel to the tissue.

Fluid and cells: There is a mix of lymphatic fluid and cells. There are a variety of cells within the fluid. Once the fluid dries it turns into the scab you see.

Wound dependent: Small superficial wounds can be rinsed with sterile saline or a dermal wound cleanser and dressed with a topical antibiotic ointment and covered with a sterile dressing.  Deeper more involved wounds may require a more aggressive approach.   See your physician to see what is best for your type of wound.

Retinal tear.: This depends on the size, location in the retina and the method used to examine the retina.  And sometimes suspicion may necessitate a second examination.

Unclear: first of all you need to take the initiative to not scratch. I know easier said than done. You can put alcohol on it and it will burn but will stop the itch as an old home remedy. A much better one is to pick up some benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream or hydrocortisone cream to help the itch. However since this has progressed you need to have the lesion checked to see what the white ring is.

Anus fissure: The skin of the anus can tear during a hard bowel movement.  It should heal in a day or two provided bowel movements are soft - increase water intake and fiber intake.  Sitting in a warm bath can also soothe irritation and keep the area clean

i wanted to ask how many tablets of zeegap 50mg should i take in a day. my doctor prescribed it but didnt write how many to take. it was prescribed for crocodile tear syndrome and it is really hard to get back to that doctor its always full of people?

: Zeegap is a generic of pregabalin, and usually the Lyrica is taken twice daily, BUT, have no clue as to what your doctor expects if it is being used for inappropriate tearing, which would be "off label".  Your prescription should have indicated how to take it, and if not noted, should not have been filled by the pharmacist.  Start with the latter, but your doctor needs to get involved.

i have a  wound on my inner thigh that is hard to cover  and is easy to open further. what can i do to help heal it?

Wound care: If location of wound is contributing to it opening further, and it is not healing, then you might benefit from seeing your doc or a wound specialist. In the meantime, shower daily, use mild soap and rinse well with water, pat the wound dry, then hairdryer the wound and surrounding skin and folds. A dry dressing, even a feminine pad, and no manipulating the wound will help.

today someone slapped me on the back kind of hard, directly on a wound (with stitches) from a lipoma removal i had yesterday. should i be worried?

Get it checked: Get surgical site checked by a health care professional to see if there is any change of the wound due to trauma.
