Zeegap is a generic of pregabalin, and usually the Lyrica is taken twice daily, BUT, have no clue as to what your doctor expects if it is being used for inappropriate tearing, which would be "off label". Your prescription should have indicated how to take it, and if not noted, should not have been filled by the pharmacist. Start with the latter, but your doctor needs to get involved.
