R/O PLANTAR WART: Plantar warts(HPV VIRAL INFECTION) are commonly found on feet and hands . The dark spot in the middle is the vascular supply. It can be treated with FREEZING/LASER/TOPICAL MEDICATION(ALDARA)

why do my fingers occasionally turn black and blue? every so often a place in my fingers will feel a tightness, and soon after looks black and blue.  sometimes it can be a small area, other times my entire finger looks like i smashed it in the door.  ther

This : This sounds like a problem with your arterial circulation.  If these events are associated with cold temperatures, you may have raynaud's syndrome.  In raynaud's, the small  arteries in the hands and feet are hypersensitive to cold and go into spasm.  The treatment is to keep the extremities warm.  On the other hand, it's possible that you may be experiencing some blood clots in the small vessels. If this involves just one hand, it may be that you have an abnormality in the artery upstream that is "throwing" clots. If that's the case, the problem area should be fixed with an angioplasty or bypass, and you may need to take blood thinners.

The argument against what i've described is that the discolored areas caused by blocked arteries are usually painful.

Blood flow: Black fingers would be a decrease in blood flow leading to necrosis. Some infections can cause this as well

Immediate MD: 56 year old lady with dizziness, vertigo, painless blue digit. You need immediate full history and medical exam, you may have arrhythmia causing your dizziness and throwing emboli to your finger. At the very least, dangerous causes need to be ruled out ASAP. There are less dangerous causes as well such as vasospasm, Raynaud's phenomenon. See MD as soon as possible please. Good luck.

? Freckles: What you described suggests change in pigmentation from sun exposure.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Any chance: you had mild trauma and developed a blood blister (which has turned black)?  If concerned, can seek dermatologic eval to determine diagnosis and to formulate treatment plan.

my finger turned red from using a elastic to make a bracelet its been red for a few minutes maybe like 1 or 3 minutes and it hurts but its not turning black?

: You could watch and wait. If there is sensation in the affected part of the finger, that is, your sense of touch is not affected, it is not likely to be serious. If you lose sensation or finger turns purplish, it would be prudent to go to an ER.

GET CARE RIGHT NOW!: IMMEDIATELY contact the doctor (or emergency department) where your fracture was diagnosed. If that's not possible or you haven't yet seen a doctor, GET CARE RIGHT NOW, even if it means a middle of the night visit to an emergency department. Maybe it's just bruising from the injury, but if the skin truly is turning black, this could be very dangerous, with risk of losing your fingers.
