Immediate MD: 56 year old lady with dizziness, vertigo, painless blue digit. You need immediate full history and medical exam, you may have arrhythmia causing your dizziness and throwing emboli to your finger. At the very least, dangerous causes need to be ruled out ASAP. There are less dangerous causes as well such as vasospasm, Raynaud's phenomenon. See MD as soon as possible please. Good luck.
