See below: Opiates don't deplete nutrients. What is depleted is your body's ability to make neurotransmitters. It can take months for these to return to nl. It may sound impossible, but trying to get some daily exercise (start w walking, working towards 30-60 mins/day) is one of the best things you can do. Otherwise, eat well, get support, & focus on your goals, including sobriety. Every step forward counts!

Small doses: You may wish to try eating bananas in small amount to build tolerance. You may substitute other fruits, e.g., grapes, mangoes, apples, pineapples etc.

Exercise ; Low Sugar: There are no vitamins that can solve this common problem better than getting regular aerobic exercise and lowering the carbohydrate or sugar count in your calories.  Moving increases energy.  Eating most of your calories as proteins and limiting your sugars adds energy.

Sugar or Protiens: A diet of pure sugar is very much an unhealthy choice. One needs plenty of protien to keep the muscles strong, the immune and hormone systems working, and to maintain the brain.

Hello. : Hello. I canâ€™t diagnose the reason for your orange colored stool.  Passing orange feces may mean the stool either isnâ€™t absorbing or isnâ€™t coming in contact with enough bile salt. This can happen if the stool is transiting too quickly through the colon. As a result of moving so rapidly, fluid is not be adequately reabsorbed through the colon which results in liquid feces. Sometimes the problem can be that bile isnâ€™t getting through the bile ducts (i.e., like gallstones). Diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, gallstones & inflammation of the bile ducts are just a few possible reasons for orange stool.  If you have been ingesting a lot of antacids that contain aluminum, that can also cause orange stools. Suggest you consult with your doctor on this one.

Liquids: If you for some reason can't take any solids then you can get your nutrients via liquid supplements such as milk shakes (boost for example), protein shakes. I would also take a daily multivitamin if you are able to take pills either whole or crushed. Of course of this is long term then you certainly need to explore more long term options. For a short time however these things could work.

: Yes, basically right. This is digestion. Enzymes in saliva, the stomach, and intestines break down foods into chemicals that are absorbed into the bloodstream and then taken up in tissues &amp; organs for normal functioning, growth, and all human processes. Unused food components and various chemicals leftover or produced in these processes are then passed in stool and urine. Google "human digestion".

Dysphagia needs: investigation , several causes for difficulty  in swallowing ,could be benign or align ant  , must see  your doctor for investigation and treatment .

Many reasons: Low energy can be due to diets high in sugar, too much caffeine, dehydration, not enough exercise, stress, poor sleep, and low hormones/vitamins. See your doctor for testing to make sure you are not low in vitamin b, d, ferritin, thyroid.  If all that is normal you may need to speak with someone about your hormone levels which can be fluctuating at your age.
