Whey Protein: All protein is made up of Amino Acids in various combinations. Whey protein isolate is the most pure form (contains 90% or more protein) and it has little to no fat, lactose or cholesterol. Whey protein concentrate has anywhere between 29 - 89% protein.

Protein binding: We mostly have information on protein binding of Clonazepam (klonopin) in the context of organ failure compared to normal.  Any Amino Acid you eat, or any protein is usually well regulated by liver and kidneys and likely has little impact on its metabolism as a drug unless you have organ failure and altered protein metabolism.

To...: Build or rebuild the human body. Muscle and organs, blood, etc. Primarily protein. They are in perpetual regowth and repeair.  If you want to increase muscle mass, it is essential. The absolute minimum protein requirement is 50-60 grams per day in an adult.  Higher for teens and athletes!

Amino acid tabs: are likely not necessary if your are taking whey protein.  Please make sure to eat enough protein directly from food and also take good fat to burn as fuel.  This would be eggs and things such as coconut oil and olive oil.  If you want to go further you can get a Micronutrient Test from Spectracell Lab in Texas.  Check out their website. NO: You are already dependent on protein- we all need a certain amount of essential Amino Acids for good health. Taking when protein or other Amino Acids will neither increase nor decrease the amount that your body needs, except that as you develop more muscle mass you may need a bit more protein over time to maintain those muscles- but i would not consider that "dependency.".

None will effect gou: Gout is related to URIC ACID and PURINES, not amino acids or protein supplements. BUT, since everything you mention is a complete waste of money, why bother to ask? There are meds used to control gout in different ways. Low dose aspirin and thiazide diuretics tend to raise uric acid levels. Alcohol, especially in large amounts, often causes attacks. Low purine diets are slightly effective.

Here are some ...: These nutritional supplements have been unknown to cause impotency / ED. For most people, there is no practical need for their use; however, they has been touted for muscle building which incites some men to get on their use. So, if their use sooths someone mentally and one has money to spare, use them judiciously without overindulgence, and seek pro-counseling as needed.

No consensus: Quinoa, a grain, is a complete protein, as is soybean. Eggs, chicken, meat and fish.  Best to eat wild fish like salmon, limit meat to antibiotic free-very lean meats, and cage free eggs and chicken.  Nuts and beans also have protein but are not complete.
