Need more info: This strongly suggests that you should call and discuss this with the surgeon who performed whatever procedure you have had.  Since you are already on antibiotics this clearly needs assessment by physical exam and perhaps labs and imaging studies. Call the doctor now.

torsion: If you lost your right testicle because of a torsion 7 years ago, you are at risk for torsion in the left testicle and should undergo a left orchidopexy to prevent possible loss of the left testicle.  Typical post op recovery is 2 weeks of no strenous activity.

Quinolones: Can cause or induce tendon ruptures, I am not sure insertional tendonitis is blamed on quinolones......
