Sure...: You will have to give things a time to heal, but you should be able to resume your normal routine over time.

Tenotomy: Yes - however you do have to give the toes a time to heal. Skin or incision healing time is typically 2-3 days, but the toe(s) may still be sore . So give yourself some time to heal and you should be fine. Good luck !

Depend the technique: Currently the patients that I perform Tenotomy I use a 18 gauge needle rather than a knife. The swelling and pain is significantly less and the recuperation is faster this way
