Watch, not worry: Starting workouts usually leads to aches and pains in joints and muscles that are overused. The good news is that the pain usually settles in a couple of weeks with consistent workout routine. If the pain persists of worsens, pl get yourself checked with your OB.

Yes possible: You need an evaluation by your gyn with an exam, blood work and ultrasound, as you could have a cyst, fibroids , endometriosis, etc., and if you do not have any of those there are new meds to help alleviate the pain or get rid of it  no need to suffer   see your gyn.

i have had constant bellyaches and pelvic pain since miscarriage 8 months ago, dr says not to worry but i need a second opinion. should i be worried?

Unlikely: Symptoms of sciatica including pain, numbness or weakness radiating from the buttock down to the foot or ankle is unlikely to be caused by NuvaRing . Your pcp can examine you carefully and determine if it is indeed scistica and needs further work up.

Endometriosis: Will give pain when menstruating and affect your fertility frequently but it should affect your health.

Yes: There are acupuncture points that can help quiet the uterus. The concern is whether at 26 weeks these contractions may continue on to being preterm labor. Keep your OB doctor well-informed.

pain in lowerd left back and side pelvic pain on left side but just started on a scale of1 to 10 pain is an 2 sometime i feel leg pain also left side feet to 33 don't have kids worry it might be cancer?

Unlikely: It is more likely a neuropathy - ie a nerve being pinched in your low back.Common causes are a disc bulge or herniation, but even more often it is due to dysfunction of a vertebra which could easily be fixed by osteopathic manipulation.A good history & phys, incl hands-on osteopathic exam should help determine the cause &, manipulation could fix certain problems immediately.
