Depends what hurts: Need more information.  Your knee can ache from having worn cartilage surfaces called osteoarthritis. It can happen from torn meniscus which is your bumper in your knee protecting the cartilage surfaces. It can be from tendonitis or bursitis.  I would get an exam from an orthopaedic surgeon and find out the cause and get recommendations.

my body and and feet have been tingling for a long time. i also have sore muscles. i just turned 70 and i am active, like to walk, garden, play pickle and raquet ball. i like to play ping pong as well. it is getting worse. sometimes i walk slow. help?

: Several metabolic and other problems could be responsible, but it's impossible to guess without a lot more information, physical examination, and probably lab testing, and maybe some X-rays or other images. But there's a good chance these symptoms can be effectively treated or prevented. See your doctor soon, or an internal medicine specialist. Good luck!

See dr immediately: This can be a number of things including dehydration. But the more worrisome conditions such as diabetes, another endocrine disorder, or a heart condition are also possible.

Exercise: Ok in general to walk long distances as long as you build up gradually, provide adequate rest, hydration, and nutrition. Also best to take a day or so off a week to prevent overuse injuries. Do cross training.

Posture: It may have something to do with the way you sit. Try to sit up straight and try not to slouch. If needed put  a pillow in the small of your back to support the natural curve of your low back . If that does not help, talk with your doctor or a physical therapist.

Pre-period nausea ?: Nausea and fatique accompanying "heavy training" in the "10 days prior to period onset" may be symptoms of Covid-19.  At age 34, with bleeding, if pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain.  With the pandemic still in effect, get a PCR test for Covid, and quarantine for at least 10 days, along with all contacts.  See your physician if HCG test is positive as soon as possible.

have had no period after birth of daughter 4 months ago. also loosing alot of hair and muscles aching?

Although: unlikely after a completely normal pregnancy and deliver ,I would suggest that your OB-GYN or PCP obtain  PITUITARY tests (FSH) (TSH) and thyroid function tests (T-3,T-4)

hello doctor! i have pain in my foot on the bottom of my foot and top of my foot on the muscle part (not the sole of the foot). i cant tell if its from walking more or if i have terrible shoes. what are some ways to sooth the sore foot after a long walk

Sore feet: Prevention should be the goal and proper footwear is mandatory. Once sore feet occur you could try cold alternating with warm applications and elevating your feet. Apply liniment like bengay. Take an anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen or naproxen as needed. Stretching your feet against the wall is soothing.
