A member asked:

I am 34 yrs, my period is totally normal but recently prior to my period by 10 days i feel nauseous and my muscles ache. i have been heavily training all my life and resumed training 9 months ago. but before the period the normal training aches me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pre-period nausea ?: Nausea and fatique accompanying "heavy training" in the "10 days prior to period onset" may be symptoms of Covid-19. At age 34, with bleeding, if pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain. With the pandemic still in effect, get a PCR test for Covid, and quarantine for at least 10 days, along with all contacts. See your physician if HCG test is positive as soon as possible.
