good day, my husband's stool consists only of clean bright red blood and he has stomach cramps. what can be the cause and what treatment should he get?

Need a visit to GI: First of all you should go to your pCP/or ER .without HX &amp; P/E  ,I cannot confirm any Dx!!
Bleeding may result in bright red blood in the stool as well as maroon ... the toilet water pink or observing spots of blood on the tissue paper after they wipe. .... Diverticulitis causes abdominal pain, fever and tenderness usually in the left .Aproximately 1 in 20 people will get hemorrhoids at some point

Did you have stones in GB? Could have retained stone in common duct producing intermittent obstruction and white stools and intermittent blood But and a cancer of the ampulla of Vader can do this. Recommend you see your team and give them details.

Blood in stool: If it continues she needs to be seen.  Often children are constipated and may have blood in their stool from straining.  If she has severe stomach cramps and/or continues to have blood in her stool get her evaluated by her doctor.  For constipation contact her doctor and get more detailed advice.  Peaches, pears, prunes can soften stools, along with plenty of fluids and vegetables.

Don't worry: Menstrual periods can vary in their timing.  One period that is a little early and heavier than normal doesn't likely mean anything is wrong.  If you have excess bleeding continuing in your next few periods, talk to your doctor.

: He should be promptly evaluated for a renal condition and anemia. A pediatric nephrology specialist is recommended. Screen for infection and stones. Please see the Emergency room at a Children's center, while notifying your Pediatrician. Keep your child well hydrated. Monitor temperature and breathing, watch for signs of shortness of breath.

See your md: many different possibilities.  You could have a small growth at the urethra that bleeds when disturbed.  you could have bleeding from your cervix.  best to see your family doc or gyne.  they can take a look to see if anything is abnormal

Prostate biopsy: This is considered normal after needle biopsies of the prostate.  It will clear up with time.  Mention it to your urologist at follow up.

Can You be prehnant?: Are you on your schedule to have a period? Or is the bleeding random in between the cycle? Are you pregnant?
Normla period can cause cramping and when urinate or have a bowel movment more cloths and blood comes out as a result of some dgree of straining. But if pregnant - any bleeding is not normal. Please, check with your gyn!

Hematuria: If you have hematuria (h), you need to find its cause. First have a urine culture to see if you have a uti. If not, see a urologist (u) for an evaluation. Of the h. The u will order a renal ultrasound and an ivp to assess the state of your kidneys. If those tests are negative, a cystoscopy, to see the bladder wall, may be needed. Your stomach problem is probably unrelated to your h. Good luck.

Girl needs appt: Those symptoms can be caused by an underlying infection, or some other medical condition.  Get an evaluation and testing done by a doctor.  Best wishes.
