Nerve entrapment: It may depend on the fingers in question.  If it is the 4th and 5th fingers and perhaps 1/2 of the middle finger, then you may have entrapment of a nerve at the elbow or are stretching that nerve.  If it is the thumb and index finger and long finger, you may have carpal tunnel syndrome.  Otherwise i don't know.  You would need to see your pcp or a neurologist or orthopedist to exam and diagnose.

Carpel tunnel?: It could be a form of neuropathy called Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. Sometimes associated with repetitive activities like typing. There are some specific nerve testing that will help make a definite diagnosis. See your healthcare provider to get proper evaluation.

See a neurologist: You symptoms suggest neuropathy which seems very wide spread. Some times neuropathy is discovered before diabetes which is the commonest cause of neuropathy, is uncovered.

Hand : Hand and foot involvement could mean central  (brain)or cervical spine involvement
you should get evaluated.

Be seen: I would not hesitate to be seen.  There may be more than one condition contributing, or they may all be stemming from one systemic condition.  A nerve conduction test would probably be helpful in addition to being seen and examined.

: There is something you do when you are bathing that is irritating the nerve that goes to your finger. This irritation could be at the ring on the finger, wrist, elbow or neck. So, check out the way you are holding your neck, resting your elbow or positioning your wrist/hand when you bathe. Nerves do not like having constant pressure on them. The tingling is a response to that.

: Because this is such a localized &amp; repetitive symptom,I'd be thinking more of a positional nerve impingement problem in the nerve or wrist rather than MS which usually has scattered neurological symptoms. A neurologist could evaluate and advise you.

Tingling sensation a: Depending on whether the symptoms are abrupt or chronic, the answers are different.
It could be a cerebrovascular event such as a stroke, or a combination of problems, facial neuralgia with a cervical radiculopathy.
It depends on your medical history.
This may be emergent, and it should be worked up immediately by a neurologist.

Depending on the cause of your anxiety symptoms, your health care provider can recommend appropriate treatment and Vicodin is not one of them.

Nerve issue: A common cause of this is ulnar nerve entrapment/compression at the elbow. There are tests and treatments for this. Have it checked out.
