No worries: Human beings have been swallowing bones since they first incorporated meat into their diet. If it was small enough to get down you esophagus it will probably be digested but if not, it shouldn't have any problems travelling the rest of the way through you.

Fish bone treatment: You might try either eating a large piece of bread with peanut butter, or a banana to dislodge the fish bone. If this does not work and it is still there after a day, a visit to the ENT doctor is in order.

Not measurable: The radiation for a CT scan will not increase your risk of cancer over your baseline risk, by a measurable amount. Each examination has risk and benefits and a balance needs to be struck.

Need diagnostic test: You could have a calcified or elongated styloid process, which is eagle's syndrome. Other possibilities include spur formation of the cervical vertebrae (neck bones). You really need some imaging studies, and a complete head&neck evaluation by an ear, nose & throat specialist.

Normal: You are probably moving the cartilaginous voice box over the cricoid cartilage. The latter cartilage is just below the voice box and its cartilages.  This is a perfectly normal clicking sound.  As long as there is no soreness or pathology in that area of the neck, there is no reason to move those structures.  If you are really concerned see an ear, nose and throat physician.

You can't: This constitutes an urgent problem and you will not be able to handle it at home.If they are really lucky a doc could get this out using a magill clamp in the ER if the kid is older and cooperative. Most will need to go to the operating room where this can be removed under controlled conditions.There is risk the kid could throw up and inhale stomach contents into their lung and die.

Laryngeal Fracture: The answer is yes. These injuries  fall under the spectrum of laryngeal fractures. You can have airway issues as well as pain and swelling. It is rare but possible. Please follow up with ENT for endoscopy and imaging if you are having trouble. If you can't breath call 911 immediately
