You can't: This constitutes an urgent problem and you will not be able to handle it at home.If they are really lucky a doc could get this out using a magill clamp in the ER if the kid is older and cooperative. Most will need to go to the operating room where this can be removed under controlled conditions.There is risk the kid could throw up and inhale stomach contents into their lung and die.
