Vitamin D3: supplement 5000 units daily. Take 2 daily for the first month, then 1 daily indefinitely.  You cannot get enough Vitamin D through your diet to meet your body's needs. Taste test. Hmmm...: ...and what makes a person think his taste test technique is useful in real life?  If the test result says "zinc deficiency", how often is that false, meaning how often does a non-deficient person get a "zinc deficiency" result? On the other hand, if the test result says "normal", how often is that result false, meaning how often does a zinc-deficient person get a normal result?

Hard work: Glad you train. For bulk, it's few reps at the heaviest weight you can handle. Creatine and (if ok with your physician) an electronic muscle stimulator actually work; the "supplements" are unlikely to do much good. For definition ("ripped"), it's reprogramming yourself to eat only when are truly hungry & shun greasy & sugary stuff & do a lot of cardio. Doubt mr. Jackman uses supplements.

You're 21?: Don't take supplements. If you don't like fish, at least try to avoid red meat. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts, olive oil, a little wine, some chocolate, coffee, and tea you'll get lots of good anti-oxidants plus tasty foods to enjoy!

The key is to cross-train in an aerobic-intensive activity -- if not endurance running, then at least time on the treadmill. You'll be doing resistance training for all your muscle groups and watching what you eat very carefully, staying a bit hungry.

Biotin is a nutrient: Taking biotin typical does NOT make you "hairy". 
It suppose to promote neutron of hair follicles , nail and skin normal growth.it is a co-enzyme  and vitamin B.
it i OTC supplement and there is not specific recommendation  how much to take. It is found in many foods as ( avocado, liver..)  it promotes nutrition of skin, nails hairs - but there is no strong evidence . Balance Nutrition is key .

Medigap plan: A good idea to get secondary coverage, as medicare only pays 80 % of doctors bills after a deductible per year. Medicare a pays hospital bills and post acute care after a deductible. Medicare b pays office visits, 80 %, after a deductible. Most plans have enrollment periods . Look around to see whcich one suits your needs.

Why: I am not sure what the rationale behind calcium and vitamin d supplementation in your case. In healthy males, no routine calcium supplementation is recommended. Vitamin d in general us population tends to be lower than normal due to lack of unprotected sun exposure. I would look into supplementing vitamin d potentially especially if the levels are known to be low, but not with calcium.
