minereas disease i have minereas disease and was told i had a twisted artery in my neck could this be effecting the minereas because now no medication works dizzy and ringing in ears pretty much constant  can't take many more 8 hours of vomiting

You : You are probaly referring to meniere's disease, an inner ear problem that causes dizziness and vertigo and frequently loss of hearing. It is felt due to an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the ear and can be difficult to treat. It is not a vascular problem. See wikipedia for an excellent explanation.

Complex issue: Tinnitus is just the finding of ringing in the ears.  It can be the result of damage to the inner ear or due to development of a tumor of the ear nerve.  Sound trauma and head trauma can damage the inner ear and ear nerve and cause the complex of symptoms that you describe.  You need a thorough evaluation with attention to the inner ear.

See specialist,: Have you had a CT or MRI of your head? if not go to an Emergency department now since you've developed dizziness.
If you;ve had 1 or the other, please see an Ear, Nose &amp; Throat specialist or a neurologist as soon as possible to try to find out what is going on. Don't take aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen or other drugs in that class: they can cause tinnitus.  Also avoid fragrances, aerosols, all smoke

Tinnitus: This can be a lingering complaint. You may try a short course of steroids (prednisone) (1 week to 10 days).
