Multivitamin: If eating a healthy diet probably no vitamins needed, but multi vitamin with vitamin b and 400 units of vitamin d  may be helpful.

Need more info: If you are short....5 feet 3 inches or so, 115 pounds may be a fine weight.  This all depends on your bone structure and body fat.  If you are taller, 115 may be underweight.  Vitamins don't really help with healthy weight gain: best to eat frequent, every 2-3 hours, high caloric density food. This includes high protein and healthy carbs: whole wheat bread/cereal/pasta, and reasonable fat.

Good quality vitamin: We agree.  I'm not a fan of most over the counter multivits.  They have just enough of many ingredients in them to make them legal.  They also base their contents on the rdas of the government, which are extremely low.  Ask a nutritionist or your doc to suggest a brand.  If you look on the label and many of the ingredients are several hundred % above the rda you are on the right track.  Peace.

Work hard: on eating a balanced diet and getting enough sleep and exercise. Drinking at least 32 oz of water a day and taking a multivitamin is also a good idea

At most 1/2 hour: The skin rapidly produces sufficient vitamin d on sun exposure.  In 1/2 hour you have made 10, 000 units of vitamin d3, quite adequate for any known needs.  After than you run the risk of sunburn, skin changes and possibly cancer later in light (if done often) although you might tan with repeated exposure (if that is one of your goals).

Calcium normal?: This must be interpreted using your local lab results and your Drs experience. Need both ionized CA and PTH and Vit D to be able to help. Discuss with your local team. Or consult with us when you have all of these.

See below: Normal serum calcium level varies slightly at different age level.  Normal serum calcium level at your age ranges from 2.10 to 2.55 mmol/L.  You've had above normal calcium level in spite of a bit lower vitamin D level.

Darker skin: If you mean that you are showing brown blotches on your face, the condition may be melasma. It is due to sunlight, family history, Estrogens such as being female or birth control pills and pregnancy. You could consider trying a bleaching cream containing hydroquinone but you need to have the problem diagnosed first.

Vit D and teeth: Vitamin D and other nutrients are important in the development of teeth. However, once the teeth are fully formed and erupted, there is no interaction and therefore no benefit to the enamel covering on teeth. However, there is continued interaction between nutrients and the bones of the body.

i have acne and dark circles ...i am 20 years old girl .. i want to use kojic acid from vitamins company usa .. would that be safe ??

I wouldn't: If you use a depigmenting cream (and this stuff isn't a vitamin), you risk disfiguring yourself. It probably won't touch the dark circles. You need to manage your acne like the adult that you now are. You can do it. If topical benzoyl peroxide has not cleared you in two weeks, your physician can give you prescription-strength Rx to add. Be mature and discerning. Best wishes.
