See physician: Many possibilities! that's why need to see doctor. Needs to know what makes it worse, would makes it better, exactly where it hurts. Does it interfere with or wake you from sleep. In that area are the stomach, left kidney, part of  large intestine & the spleen. Can be from strained abdominal muscles.Upper left sided- stomach-stop spicy foods, caffeine, & alcohol. Lower- colon. Constipated-laxative.

hi, 6-7 months ago i found these dark brown spots appearing on my stomach, they're mostly in a specific area which is on the left side of my stomach?

Keratoses: Keratotic (so-called "stucco") lesions are common on the  trunk and elsewhere on the body. They are not dangerous but certainly are annoying. Try an otc lotion, such as lac hydrin or amlactin, with Lactic Acid or salicylic acid in it, to soften the top layer of skin. If those lotions aren't strong enough a dermatologist can prescribe one of a number of stronger preparations.

i have these, used to be bumps, but now kind of dry looking patches on stomach and a few on my sides and a few that progressed to my lower back. im 16?

Pityriasis: What you are describing sounds like pityriasis rosea.  It is not serious nor contagious.  The cause of pityriasis has yet to be uncovered although some believe it is viral.  The rash from pityriasis usually lasts about 6-8 weeks and goes away without treatment.  If it is itchy you can try OTC Benadryl (diphenhydramine).  Avoid hot showers, they can make the rash worse.  See your doctor for confirmation.  Good luck.

i have a funny pain on my left side of my stomach. and when i toich it it feels very sensitive and a but hard. it has like a itchy type of feeling as well. what can this be. do i need to go for a scan?

Doctor can examine: Many things are in the upper abdomen:  stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, large intestine, abdominal muscles, etc...  An exam by a primary care doctor can be helpful. The stomach itself and the spleen are in the left upper abdomen. Discomfort in the right upper abdomen, plus symptoms that occur after meals, may be due to liver, gall bladder, or gallstone disease.

i feel upper side of my  stomach bloating for a week already with some kind of pressure on the bottom left side of my stomach?

Pain for a week: This is something that needs to be evaluated.  Any new abdominal pain that has not resolved in 1-3 days needs to be checked.  The abdomen is full of organs, any of which could be malfunctioning.  You need to be seen promptly, today would be good!  Go to your PCP, an urgent care or walk in  clinic.  If you have fever, vomiting, or trouble breathing,  black or bloody stools. consider an ER instead.

No: There are a variety of drugs for OCD and it is very unusual to not be able to find one which does not cause stomach irritation

Abdominal mass: How are we to guess as to the result of your Ultrasound. Isn't the doctor who ordered your ultrasound the better source of information? Please speak to your doctor or at least obtain the Ultrasound reading.

Something else: Tough to say.  Cysts, lesions not otherwise specified, etc. are possible.  The only definitive diagnosis will come form a biopsy.  An excisional biopsy may not only be diagnostic but therapeutic (it will get rid of it too).
