Abdominal mass: How are we to guess as to the result of your Ultrasound. Isn't the doctor who ordered your ultrasound the better source of information? Please speak to your doctor or at least obtain the Ultrasound reading.

May have: Sometimes just changing in size could cause additional discomfort. See your doc to check it out.

Lipoma: It sounds like you have a lipoma which is a totally benign lesion. If it doesn't change you probably don't need to worry about it.
