Endometriosis improv: Endometriosis usually improves during pregnancy. The hormones of pregnancy make the endometriosis inactive, and this may continue for some time even after pregnancy ends.

Depends: I have had some patients who got better with time and some who got worse.  Exercise always helpful for most conditions including endometriosis.  Causes are still somewhat of a mystery.  Hormone manipulation can help (BCP, Depo Provera, (medroxyprogesterone) Lupron) but some require surgery if severe. Best to discuss with your gyn provider.  Sorry this was not more helpful.  Can be VERY difficult to treat.  Best of luck

so i was researching endometriosis and there are different colors of it, mine is a large golf ball sized black endometriosis, what does that  mean?

Color matters little: The size and location, and how much associated scarring is present, matters much more than the color.  Large endometriosis lesions always appear very dark because of the iron and polymerized heme pigments from past episodes of bleeding; just what heme pigments are generated and how well the iron is processed determines the hue. Glad you're proactive & hope you are successfully treated.

Cyst: it is common to have cysts in ovaries, less likely to be adenoma

multiple sites , i e in the wall of uterus specially causes more painful bleeding
more areas of endometriosis more is pain and more bleeding from more congestion.

Pain: Endometriosis can be associated with many different locations of pain/discomfort. The best approach is an exam and evaluation with a qualified md.

Depends: If you mean 18mmX9mmX13mm then yes, but if the measurement was cm (centimeters) then that's very large and needs to be addressed.  A hemorrhagic corpus luteum (cyst that forms after ovulation) is normal and 18 mm (millimeters) in size is quite normal.  Your endometrial thickness is fine as is your uterine size.

Surgery Consult: Generally, my advice is that if you are contemplating intra-abdominal, or intra-peritoneal surgery involving any female organ, a gynecologic surgeon is the expert. On the other hand, surgery outside these cavities is often handled by a general surgeon. Some gynecologic surgeons are trained for your surgery, but will often ask a general surgeon to "scrub in.".

Getting pregnant: There are 3 basic factors to get pregnant. 1. Ovulation - Since you are having regular periods you are likely ovulating 2. Sperm - your male partner needs to have normal sperm. This can be tested if concerned 3. Anatomy - there needs to be a functional pathway for the sperm and egg to travel and meet. This can be tested with an HSG
