YES: Endometriosis causes painful irregular bleeding multiple sites , i e in the wall of uterus specially causes more painful bleeding more areas of endometriosis more is pain and more bleeding from more congestion.

No: Good news: irregular menstrual cycles/periods are not related to endometriosis at all, although endometriosis sometimes causes painful periods.
