Senna/Colace: Senna and colace (docusate sodium) are a good.  Senna is a natural stimulant and colace (docusate sodium) is a stool softner.  These should be taken daily to keep movements regular.  They may have to be regulated if the consistency is not ideal.  Otc suppositories are also important to initiate the bm and should be used about 30min before toileting.  I hope you learned all of this in rehab.  You should see a physiatrist.

i'm a t10 complete paraplegic full time in a wheelchair.  i have been getting small pressure sores.  what is the best way to avoid getting them?

See below.: First and foremost diet that is complete with lots of protein, nuts and low in carbs. Well hydrated body does not break down as easily.
You also need good gel pads and help with being moved into different positions.

Unclear: The findings you describe are radiological and generally don't represent active brain pathology. Infrequently they may associated with inflammatory processes or small vessel vascular disease. I would discuss it with a neurologist. Radiological findings are not usually treated unless there is a clear disease process associated with them.

do only t2 diabetics on meds experience hypoglycemia? i am t2 on no meds but sometimes get bg of 63 during exercise. i get very weak.  is this ok?

No: Exercise increases the body's uptake of glucose. Try hydrating and having a high carbohydrate snack before exercise. Examples include bananas, sweet potatoes, legumes etc

t2 diabetic, metformin er 500 1 a day.  started exercise w/bg100.  during exercise on stationary bike 10 minutes bg65. is it ok to keep exercising?

Yes. : Your sugar is unlikely to drop less than 65  if you are on Metformin only . Try to change exercise time to the afternoon . You should consider stress test to check your heart if you did not get one lately . Good luck with your excecise

Bladder spasms: Bladder spasms and problems with urinary control our unfortunately very common in people with spinal cord injuries such as yourself.  Oxybutynin is very commonly used to treat these problems and should be safe although of course you should check with your doctor before taking any new medicine.

Quadriplegic: Paraplegic is a paralysis of two limbs, either arms or legs though most commonly legs while quadraplegia is a paralysis of all four limbs, both arms and legs.

Cord problem: A spinal cord tumor could do it, or anything else that damages the cord.

Chronic lesion: If there is a lesion in the pontine region of your brain in absence of other lesions elsewhere, this may represent an older event of no future consequence.  Additional lesions may suggest an inflammatory process.  Not clear why MRI was ordered, but maybe we on-site could clarify this via a Concierge consult.

i've been told i have t2 diabetes. my hbac1 levels were 6.6, i'm from ireland, i'm wondering does this mean i'll need medication cause i'd rather work with my diet first?

: A HgbA1c og 6.6 is considered diabetic meaning that 6.6% of the hemoglobin in your blood is saturated with sugar. I recommend trying lifestyle changes &amp; not medication at this time. Stop all concentrated carbohydrates like sweets, candies,pastries,syrups, sweetened sodas, very sugary fruits like watermelon&amp; reduce starches like bread,pasta,rice,etc. Reach ideal weight &amp; exercise.See dietician also
