See below.: First and foremost diet that is complete with lots of protein, nuts and low in carbs. Well hydrated body does not break down as easily. You also need good gel pads and help with being moved into different positions. I hope you don't smoke. Good luck from nyc.

Relive pressure: To avoid them you must relieve pressure on the body and maintain good nutrition. Gel or air cushions are good to decrease pressure. Staying off the area is best. Eat a diet with a proper amount of fat and protein and vitamin c, to keep up your skin integrity.
