Moderation is key...: The drink you mentioned is relatively low in calories and will actually give you some needed calcium. Having 8 of these per day probably wouldn't be the best idea health-wise, but 1-2 would be ok.

Happily, ovaries...: I'm happy to say that ovaries never need cleansing.  For good health, avoid drinking sugar.  A small amount of fruit juice is ok, but it's better to eat the fruit itself.  Drink enough water each day.

Plain water: Assuming that your water is potable (consumable by humans), you don't need anything fancy, eg bottled etc. Even fruit juice isn't ideal. Better to eat actual fruit which includes fiber etc rather than drink excess calories. Many studies suggest benefit from tea &amp; coffee but still not clear as to how much how often of which kind. This assumes heart &amp; brain aren't irritated by caffeine.

Caffeinated?: It really probably is best for your body not to stay caffeinated. My advice would be get plenty of sleep and regular exercise which will improve alertness. A meditation practice would also enhance your ability to focus.

No such thing: Detox is such an appealing concept... It seems logical we can take a tea or herb or medical preparation and sweat or bathroom out all the carcinogens, toxins, bad food and bad habits we are exposed to.  But sadly there is no magic bullet here... Colon cleansing, detoxifying, are all not helpful and can often be dangerous.  Once stuff is in the colon, its already on its way out.
