Moderation is key...: The drink you mentioned is relatively low in calories and will actually give you some needed calcium. Having 8 of these per day probably wouldn't be the best idea health-wise, but 1-2 would be ok.

No short answer: The medical community is very divided on the "healthiness" of caffeine. Some conditions it is bad for, especially cardiac problems. Otherwise i feel in moderation as in most other entities it is ok. But if you are obese 2-3 latte's or 3 dr. Peppers may not be moderate. Your physician would be the person to ask for advice.
