Probably. : It's normal for the soft spot to flatten, sink and bulge depending on positioning, crying and hydration status.  And infants do normally have visible scalp veins.  What matters is how is the baby acting?  Feeding ok? Sleeping ok? Irritable? Fever? If other issues, contact your pediatrician.

You really need to: have this checked out! Your eye doctor can see it iunder a slit lamp microscope and tell you exactly what's going on. Any inflammation will have dilated capillaries surrounding it. The key is to get to it early, and see what else is going on INSIDE the eyeball too! So, don't delay! It may be nothing, and then it may be something! We can't diagnose on this forum, but your doctor can! Call now!

a small dark sunken spot on the tip of my nose that seems to be getting larger, i have not observed it long enough so it may not be an accurate deduction but i do think it is getting larger... could it possibly be a fungal infection??

: Lesions that do not resolve on their own after about two weeks should be examined by a physician to determine what they might be. A dermatologist is a good place to start.

Yes: Some people's fontanelles never totally close. Other people have inborn defects in the skull. Toulouse-lautrec's fontanelle remained very wide open, which is why he always wore the hat. Or you may be feeling a cyst. Your personal physician can advise whether imaging is worthwhile.

Scalp lesion?: The bones of the skull should have been fused for a very long time now (you are 26, right?).  I suspect that what you are referring to is a superficial scalp lesion; however, the only way to determine is to be seen by a physician so that they can examine the area of concern and then treat accordingly.
