Get help: This does not sound good at all, especially if the anterior fontanelle is flat. I would have a pediatrician or ER doc evaluate this ASAP. Did the child have any recent trauma? Any neurological signs such as sleepiness or abnormal movements ? Plead have this evaluated immediately, may need ultrasound or scan

how do i remove/get rid of blood clot from my face? i don't really know if it is a blood clot or not, but it is a tiny red spot (not bulging) that i have for 3 years. i think it's not a blemish bcz i squeezed it once and blood streamed down my face?

: Do not pick at it or squeeze it any more! Dab it of with a warm moist cloth and cover it with a skin colored bandaid (Elastoplast) . Spider veins or haemagiomas do not get better by picking at them and they heal slowly.  Please see your skin doctor!

Get it seen: I suspect it'll turn out to be a keratoacanthoma but any growth that you have to ask about like this needs to be seen by your primary care physician.

Increased Pressure: A bulging fontanelle (soft spot on baby's head) is most likely due to increased intracranial pressure.  This may be due to a number of factors, including head bleeds, an intracranial mass, or a defect in cerebral spinal fluid production/flow.  It is a "safety valve" for babies, and it lets physicians know that a work-up needs to be performed quickly to determine the cause.

Be patient: Sounds like your physician(s) have aggressively looked for possible causes, specifically, increased spinal fluid.  If your child is developing fine, reaching all of his/her milestones, sometimes the best thing to do is be patient. If anything changes, neurologically or developmentally, let your physician know.

Mushy spot in scalp?: If a soft or mushy spot on the scalp stays for more than 1-2 weeks, it should be evaluated to see why (in case it is some abnormal skin growth or some type of skin cancer). If it lasts only a few days to a week or two, it could just be some temporary pimple, small cyst, or small abscess that drained itself and went back to normal. If all is not back to normal quickly, an exam is needed.

Many things: Most commonly is a tension headache. This can sometimes be just one spot. Trauma is another but this i assume you would have remembered. If no other issues, it will probably go away.
