Gastritis: You probably have gastritis or inflammation in the stomach. You have not elaborated on your problem but you could also have a peptic ulcer. In either case you should see your family physician who will do the necessary investigations and recommend treatment.

Probably: Coffee does not contain gluten. Decaffeinated coffee still contains trace amounts of caffeine but unless you are extremely sensitive to caffeine you should have no problem handling the tiny amounts of caffeine in Tim Horton's decafe. But the only way to know for sure is to try it!

Tea contains: Tannic acid, especially green tea.  Tannins are found in plants.  You might switch to herbal teas and see if it makes a difference.

why does my tooth feel sensitive little over 2 yrs since i got a filling? its intermediate. sometimes eating, sometimes not eating or drinking?

: See my previous answer. Your tooth may be cracked, the filling may be cracked, you may have recurrent decay, you may have gingival recession. The tooth needs to be physically examined to diagnose the issue.

i am on day 8 after my wisdom tooth removal. everything has been fine but today the scab came off and now theres a kind of deep hole. no pain, a little sensitive and ive just been keeping it clean and drinking water. should i be worried?

Adaptation: If someone takes caffeine (or just about any stimulant) regularly, the body adapts and "gets used to it". There are detailed mechanisms that explain this, but the bottom line is if you haven't been exposed to caffeine or a related stimulant, you will have a much bigger reaction to it, compared to someone who takes caffeine regularly.

No: Not sure what area on your abdomen is tender to palpation.  Heavy drinking is not normal - nor is the abdominal tenderness.  Please listen to the message your body is giving to you and markedly reduce your alcohol use.

Green tea: Your stomach (and mine & everyone else's) is supposed to be acidic. So drink green tea if you want. Base your decision on continuing to drink green tea upon whether or not you feel worse. But there's no empiric answer for everyone. Most tolerate green tea just fine.
