ASA prevention: The amount of ASA needed to inhibit platelet aggregation (clotting) is very small, and a baby ASA is as good as a regular one, and with less chance of GI bleeding.  On the other hand, there is still a spectrum of opinion on the optimal dose of ASA, and presumably you are doing well on the 325. Talk to your doctor about this.

Aspirin vs Ibuprofen: Check out http://www.Drugs.Com/interactions-check.Php?Drug_list=1310-0, 243-3197. There are concerns that Ibuprofen and other nsaids can mitigate the benefit of aspirin. Talk to your doc about your Aspirin dose as we typically only recommend 75-81mg daily to minimize bleeding side effects. This can be magnified by regular use of Ibuprofen so ask your doc for other options. Consider ppi + nsaid.

Yes: Both low dose aspirin and fish oil reduce risk of blood clots. They have a synergistic effect &amp; also work together to reduce inflammation,the major underlying cause of cardiovascular disease.
Some advise exercising caution as this combo may slightly increase risk of bleeding but I consider them quite safe together.Your risk of clotting is more than risk of bleeding.

Yes, but: Not sure why you should be taking low dose aspirin given your age and gender.  Look at USPSTF updated guidelines for low dose aspirin.  Unless your 10yr risk for cardiovascular event is &gt; 10%, daily low dose aspirin is not indicated.

Why do you need to: take this medication daily. If you are in pain all the time, you need to consult a doctor to find out why and address the underlying cause. No medication is entirely safe and taking any medication daily for a long time will have adverse side effects.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

: Studies have shown chronic exposure to acetaminophen is a risk factor for chronic kidney disease and the longer the exposure the higher of the risk. Good luck.

i just had ankle hardware removal surgery to remove a plate and screws from a fracture years ago. what dosage of aspirin should i take daily to reduce my chances of dvt, etc. following the surgery? i am weight bearing and mostly active at this point?

: At age "37", without a history of cardiac or pulmonary disease, a "baby aspirin" (81 mg) is sufficient for prophylaxis for a possible DVT.  Consult your orthopedic surgeon for his/her recommendation as well.
