Extraction bone loss: That's an interesting question. I doubt a bone block would 'stabilize' the area. Whether or not you should have bone grafting? Periodontal treatment? Dental implants? Another type of restoration? Other dental treatment? Would require a one on one clinical exam, x-rays, and further analysis. Discuss these issues with a local general dentist or prosthodontist for the proper advice and guidance.

: Our kidney is made of a filtering system(called Glomerulus) which is connected to a pipe like structures( called kidney or renal Tubules)which have the ability to reabsorb most of the filtered fluid  and allowing only a small fraction of the fluid to go out of our body as Urine.
How much fluid is reabsorbed depends on the hydration status of each individual.

Implant bone loss: Yes the failure of an implant can lead to bone loss in the area.  Many times wen the dentist removes the implant they will clean the area and place bone graft material in site with or without a new implant

Ideally 4-6 months: The rule is 4-6-8. Ideally 4-6 months, but not longer than 8. The longer you wait, the bone starts atrophy,density and height starts to decrease. Hope it helps.

No: It is important to try and find the underlying cause so that further damage may be avoided.  The lost root structure will not grow back, but, a dentist could help you protect the remaining root structure and so prevent or delay the loss of your tooth.

Followup With Doctor: Your child's age is unknown. Condylar Resorption affects the mandible (lower jaw bone) causing a decrease in its size/shape resulting in Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction.  It can lead to facial asymmetry,  bite disorders, &amp; more. Rheumatoid Arthritis, &amp; Lupus are causes but it can occur with no identifiable cause. Treatment includes surgery. See your doctor for further evaluation &amp; treatment.

Tmj: It means that the joint that allows  a person to opens close their mouth or it is called TMJ the bone their is thinning out please take your child to the Dentist as  malocculison of teeth is a common cause

Bone densitometry.: Bone densitometry or DEXA scan is the best technique.  Ultrasound can be used, but the DEXA is the standard.
