Tests to diagnose provocable ischemia include the treadmill, nuclear stress/chemical testing, and stress echocardiography.

Likely anterior: Is this the result of a nuclear stress test? If so, and if read by a reputable cardiologist, it means you may have a blockage in the artery that feeds the front (anterior) part of your left ventricle.  If you have exertional or non-exertional (with or without activity) chest pain or shortness of breath, you will need a different imaging modality, like angiogram or ct angiogram for further analysis.

More info: Not sure exactly what type of test was done and why a young pt like you was stressed. If no imaging was used i suppose a stress test with ecocardiographic imaging would be helpful. How far did you walk and what are your risk factors would be helpful as well.

Provocable ischemia: means induced poor or lack of blood flow to a particular organ. In this case, a particular area of the heart. Usually occurs when the coronary arteries, the arteries that feed the heart, are clogged or compressed. Typically worsens with exertion, when the arteries are clogged. Reduction in cholesterol &amp; BP by eating healthier helps as well as if serious disease, stent placement to keep flow going

Not your heart: It means that is not likely that your heart is causing your symptoms, I suspect you have had chest pain.
