Likely anterior: Is this the result of a nuclear stress test? If so, and if read by a reputable cardiologist, it means you may have a blockage in the artery that feeds the front (anterior) part of your left ventricle. If you have exertional or non-exertional (with or without activity) chest pain or shortness of breath, you will need a different imaging modality, like angiogram or ct angiogram for further analysis.
