Fecal impaction.: You may have a severe type of constipation called fecal impaction. The "burden" is the amount of solid stool held up in the colon which can't pass. Consider talking with a GI specialist to get a prescription for an enema (to "soften from below"). You may also need a stool softener &amp; laxative. Ct report?: I presume this is on a ct report or mri.  It means the adenoid tissue in nasopharyngeal area and tonsil and/or base of tongue tissue is enlarged or prominent. It is a description of findings but not really anything unusual. The lymph nodes are slightly enlarged in the front (anterior) and back(posterior) drainage pathways in the neck.

Hello. : Hello. I can't tell you exactly what your results mean. However adnexa are your ovaries, fallopian tubes, and the ligaments attached to your uterus. Prominent  means that it is disctinct or stands out. Thus this is likely refering to the area of your left ovary and fallopian tube and the soft tissue surrounding it. I would call your doctor to find out exactly what this means in the context of your case. Take care.
