Hello. : Hello. I can't tell you exactly what your results mean. However adnexa are your ovaries, fallopian tubes, and the ligaments attached to your uterus. Prominent means that it is disctinct or stands out. Thus this is likely refering to the area of your left ovary and fallopian tube and the soft tissue surrounding it. I would call your doctor to find out exactly what this means in the context of your case. Take care.

Adnexal soft tissue: Are the tissues between your uterus and the pelvic side wall, generally the ovary, fallopian tube and supportive ligaments. Prominent means the area appears more full or enlarged, generally compared to the other side. Ct is not optimal to looking at the ovary, so a pelvic us is probably in your future. This could be due to ovarian cyst or a fallopian tube enlargement. Please ask your doctor.
